Afognak Native Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to oversee facilities operations and maintenance (O&M) projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, serving as the main liaison for building managers, COR, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Secret Clearance required.
  • 10+ years in related O&M support services and/or facilities management.
  • 5+ years’ experience providing O&M services similar to the requirements of this task order.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee O&M projects and minor building alterations.
  • Coordinate project tasks with stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects from initiation through completion.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Guarantee all operations meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as primary point of contact for building managers, COR, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Allocate labor, materials, and resources efficiently to maximize productivity.
  • Working Conditions: Office and field environments; occasional travel; may require outside regular hours.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to move within and between facilities and perform site surveys as needed.

Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight and coordination of all aspects of facilities operations and maintenance (O&M) support, including minor building alterations, cyclical maintenance, and management of facilities operations from initiation through completion. This position ensures O&M projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for building managers, Contracting Officer Representatives (COR), contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
