Job summary

Afognak Native Corporation seeks a Project Manager to lead comprehensive oversight and coordination of facilities O&M, including minor building alterations, cyclical maintenance, and operations from initiation to completion.

The role ensures on-time, on-budget delivery in compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements, serving as the primary liaison to building managers, COR, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Top Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in related O&M support services and/or facilities management.
• PMP Certification required.

The Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight and coordination of all aspects of facilities operations and maintenance (O&M) support, including minor building alterations, cyclical maintenance, and management of facilities operations from initiation through completion. This position ensures O&M projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for building managers, Contracting Officer Representatives (COR), contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Working Conditions
