Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, a relevant bachelor's, proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, RFIs, submittals, and strong collaboration with owners, subcontractors, and engineers.

  • Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, project documentation, and closeout.
  • Ability to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.

Job Details

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software; experience with Procore or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative project team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
