Role Description

The Project Manager at Anatesco Inc. is a full-time, on-site role based in Bakersfield, CA. This role oversees planning, execution, and completion of well diagnostics and production optimization projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing resources and logistics, tracking project milestones, and communicating progress and risks to internal teams and clients. The Project Manager collaborates with expeditors, inspectors, and field technicians to align testing activities, secure necessary materials and equipment, and resolve operational issues. This role also involves maintaining project documentation, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
