Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited, Bakersfield, California, is seeking a Project Manager with modular/offsite construction experience to own project delivery from pre-construction to completion.

You will coordinate subcontractors, consultants and internal teams, manage RFIs, submittals and drawings, assist with scheduling and cost tracking, and travel weekly to site to support installation and execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in modular or offsite construction.
• Experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant/Jr PM within modular or offsite construction.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore or AutoDesk.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across modular construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project documentation.
