Artifintech is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Austin, TX to oversee IT projects across SaaS integrations, COTS solutions, and multi-vendor environments. The role requires PMP, Scrum Master credentials, and strong MS Project skills.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications, delivering status updates and governance artifacts in a fast-paced government-adjacent setting. This on-site position offers a 12-month+ duration with extension possibilities.

• Advanced IT project management knowledge and delivery experience.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, change requests, risk and issue logs.
• Experience delivering status reports and project communications.
• Experience using project portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity).
• Advanced MS Project skills and familiarity with governance processes.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders and system owners across departments.
• Oversee technical teams with architecture and SaaS integration.
• PM services for IT projects involving COTS solutions.
• Experience managing multi-vendor environments in government settings.
• Developed and maintained detailed project integration schedules.
• Background as a developer or senior technical project manager.
• Certified Scrum Master with POAM planning.

• In-depth knowledge of and experience in IT project
• management, including industry standards and best practices
• Proven record for delivering projects on time and on budget in a formal project manager role

• Experience developing and delivering project status
• Experience using project portfolio management systems and tools (eg.) Clarity
• Advanced working knowledge of MSProject
• Experience handling variety of stakeholders and system owners from other departments.

• Experience providing project management services for IT Projects involving Commercial Off the Shelf Technology (COTS)

• Prior Developer/Senior Technical Project Management experience.

• Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
