Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes risk and issue management, Go-Live and cutover execution, and post-implementation support across multiple streams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT project management, strong SAFe or Agile experience, and excellent stakeholder communication skills to coordinate with executives, vendors, and internal teams. Equal opportunity employer.

Job Description:

10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects and technology initiatives.

Expertise in Risk & Issue Management, planning, and execution.

Experience with Go-Live, Cutover Planning & Execution, and Post-Implementation Support.

Strong UAT coordination and Change Management experience.

Experience in Quality Management and project delivery governance.

Knowledge of Agile / SAFe methodologies, PI Planning, and cross-team dependencies.

Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple teams, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
