Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking an accomplished IT Project Leader to oversee complex initiatives. You will manage go-live events, cutover planning, and post-implementation support while coordinating multi-team efforts and executive stakeholders.

Applicants should bring 10+ years of project delivery experience, strong risk governance, and proficiency with Agile/SAFe practices, PI planning, and cross-team dependencies to drive successful outcomes.

Job Description:

10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects and technology initiatives.

Expertise in Risk & Issue Management, planning, and execution.

Experience with Go-Live, Cutover Planning & Execution, and Post-Implementation Support.

Strong UAT coordination and Change Management experience.

Experience in Quality Management and project delivery governance.

Knowledge of Agile / SAFe methodologies, PI Planning, and cross-team dependencies.

Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple teams, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
