Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a Project Manager to drive end-to-end software delivery in a fast-moving SaaS environment. You will own planning rhythms, coordinate across engineering, product, design, and GTM teams, and translate goals into actionable roadmaps. Strong communication and KPI-driven reporting are essential for leadership updates.

You will manage scope, timelines, and dependencies, run sprint ceremonies, and continuously improve delivery processes with data-backed recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of project, program, or technical delivery management experience in software or SaaS.
  • Deep fluency with Agile/Scrum practices and tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Linear.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills — able to distill technical complexity for executives and translate business goals for engineers.
  • Experience defining KPIs and building status reporting that drives decisions, not just updates.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Bonus: PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification; experience with SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau); background in platform or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects, managing scope, timelines, and cross-team dependencies from kickoff through launch
  • Build and maintain project plans, sprint schedules, and release timelines in Jira, Confluence, and related tooling
  • Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective ceremonies; remove blockers before they slow the team down
  • Coordinate across engineering, product, design, and go-to-market teams to align stakeholders on priorities and tradeoffs
  • Define and report on delivery metrics — velocity, cycle time, and on-time milestone completion — to leadership
  • Identify, escape, and mitigate project risks and scope creep with clear, data-backed recommendations
  • Document processes, decision logs, and postmortems to continuously improve how teams execute

Job description

About The Role

The role drives execution across product and engineering teams, coordinating complex technical initiatives from kickoff through delivery — managing roadmaps, dependencies, and launch timelines in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

This role matters because velocity depends on it: the PM owns the rhythm of planning, keeps cross-functional teams unblocked, and turns ambiguous goals into clear, tracked plans that ship.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects, managing scope, timelines, and cross-team dependencies from kickoff through launch
  • Build and maintain project plans, sprint schedules, and release timelines in Jira, Confluence, and related tooling
