Evlo AI in Chicago, IL is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to coordinate multi-quarter initiatives across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams. This hands-on role emphasizes execution, velocity, and cross-team alignment in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

You will break large initiatives into executable workstreams, manage dependencies across distributed teams, and provide leadership with clear progress, risks, and tradeoffs. Strong communication is essential.

Qualificações

• 5–8 years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years supporting software engineering teams
• Proven track record shipping complex, multi-team technical programs on predictable timelines
• Fluent in agile practices and modern tooling (Jira, Confluence, Linear)
• Strong technical fluency — discuss APIs, infrastructure, and release processes with engineers
• Excellent written communication; distill ambiguous situations into status updates and decision docs
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: PMP or CSM certification, experience at a high-growth startup

Responsabilidades

• Own program plans end-to-end: scope, milestones, resource allocation, and launch readiness
• Run agile ceremonies and program cadences — sprint planning, cross-team syncs, retros — using Jira, Confluence, and Notion
• Manage dependencies and blockers across distributed teams, escalated risks early with clear options
• Build and maintain program dashboards and status reporting (Looker or Tableau) used by leadership
• Drive launch readiness processes, including go/no-go reviews, rollback planning, and post-launch retrospectives
• Improve how the team works: refine planning processes, documentation standards, and handoffs between functions
• Partner with finance and leadership on quarterly planning, headcount needs, and program budgets

The role drives execution across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, owning multi-quarter programs from planning through launch. This is a hands‑on coordination role in a fast-moving SaaS environment where release velocity and cross-team alignment directly determine what ships.

You will work with technical leads to break large initiatives into executable workstreams, manage dependencies across distributed teams, and give leadership a clear, honest view of progress, risks, and tradeoffs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own program plans end-to-end: scope, milestones, resource allocation, and launch readiness for initiatives spanning engineering, product, and marketing
• Run agile ceremonies and program cadences — sprint planning, cross-team syncs, retros — using Jira, Confluence, and Notion
• Manage dependencies and blockers across distributed teams, escalating risks early with clear options rather than surprises
• Build and maintain program dashboards and status reporting (Looker or Tableau) that leadership actually uses for decisions
• Drive launch readiness processes, including go/no-go reviews, rollback planning, and post‑launch retrospectives
