Descripción del empleo

About The Role

The role owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of products that sit at the intersection of engineering complexity and business impact - defining what gets built, in what order, and why. This is a hands‑on PM role in a technical domain: APIs, data infrastructure, and platform services that other engineering teams build on top of.

The PM operates as the connective tissue between engineering, design, go‑to‑market, and customers. Success is measured in shipped product, adoption metrics, and the quality of decisions made under ambiguity - not in meeting counts or slide decks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap for a technical product surface, translating business goals into a sequenced, resourced plan that engineering can execute against
  • Write detailed product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria; run backlog grooming and sprint planning with engineering leads
  • Conduct customer discovery and win‑loss analysis, synthesizing feedback from enterprise accounts, support tickets, and usage data into prioritized product bets
  • Define and track success metrics (adoption, retention, activation, API usage) using tools like Amplitude, SQL, and internal dashboards; report impact to leadership quarterly
  • Make scope and tradeoff decisions in real time during development - cutting features, renegotiating timelines, and unblocking engineers without losing sight of the end state
  • Partner with design on prototypes and user flows, running usability sessions before committing engineering capacity
  • Coordinate launches end-to-end: beta programs, documentation, enablement for sales and support, and post‑launch iteration
What We Are Looking For
  • 3–6 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning a technical product (developer tools, APIs, data platforms, or infrastructure)
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with engineers on architecture and feasibility discussions - technical fluency is required, a CS degree or equivalent engineering background is a strong signal
  • Strong analytical skills: comfort writing SQL queries, interpreting product analytics, and building data‑driven business cases
  • Track record of shipping products from 0→1 and iterating on them post‑launch, with measurable outcomes
  • Excellent written communication - PRDs, strategy memos, and launch narratives that stakeholders actually read
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Bonus: experience with B2B SaaS pricing and packaging, platform/API product strategy, or an MBA
