Insight Global seeks a Project Manager to lead large federal design-build infrastructure projects across Texas and Arizona, from planning through closeout, while working with an established leadership team on mission-critical work and significant autonomy.

  • 5–8+ years of Project Management experience within construction.
  • Experience working for a General Contractor or specialty subcontractor (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, or Steel).
  • Experience managing self-perform work.
  • Proven success managing projects with budgets exceeding $20M.
  • Experience supporting federal, military, municipal, or public-sector construction projects such as CBP, USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, DHS, Air Force, State or Municipal Projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day execution of large federal design-build construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project.
  • Manage project financials including budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and reporting.
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, owners, and federal stakeholders.
  • Conduct drawing reviews and markups utilizing Bluebeam.
  • Ensure compliance with federal requirements, quality standards, and safety programs.
  • Support estimating and preconstruction activities utilizing HeavyBid and HeavyJob.
  • Drive projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
  • Lead project teams to deliver successful schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.

Job description

A premier federal design-build construction organization is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead large-scale infrastructure projects supporting critical national security initiatives across Texas and Arizona.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex federal projects from planning through closeout while working alongside an established leadership team with a strong pipeline of mission-critical work. What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Lead day-to-day execution of large federal design-build construction projects

Required Qualifications

-5–8+ years of Project Management experience within construction

-Experience working for a General Contractor or specialty subcontractor (Civil, Electrical, -Mechanical, Structural, or Steel)

-Experience managing self-perform work

-Proven success managing projects with budgets exceeding $20M

-Experience supporting federal, military, municipal, or public-sector construction projects such as:

  • CBP - USACE - NAVFAC - DoD - DHS - Air Force - State or Municipal Projects
Experience with one or more of the following:

This role is offering between $58-$76/hr depending on years of experience. The hours range between 40-60/hr work weeks, and company vehicle, gas card, and a $150 per day per diem is offered to non-local candidates.

The worksite locations vary and they have openings across Lukeville and Nogales, AZ.
