Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a top federal construction sub-contractor on large-scale design-build projects in Texas and Arizona. You will oversee complex projects from planning through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality requirements are met.

Responsibilities include managing detailed MS Project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation, with heavy emphasis on compliance with federal standards.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager.
• Experience with a General Contractor or an Electrical, Civil, Steel, Mechanical, or Structural Subcontractor.
• Experience overseeing self-perform work.
• Experience managing projects valued over $20m in budget.
• Federal construction project experience (CBP, USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, DHS, AF, DOT, municipal).
• Proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, HeavyBid/HeavyJob or similar PM software.
• Experience managing project cost controls and financials.

• Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Utilize Bluebeam for drawing review and markups.
• Ensure compliance with federal requirements, safety standards, and quality controls.
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts using HeavyBid/HeavyJob.
• Drive projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support a top federal construction sub-contractor specializing in large-scale design-build projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing complex, high-dollar projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure projects supporting national security initiatives across Texas and Arizona.

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project
