Job summary

G&E Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale site development projects in the Lehigh Valley. You will own budgets, schedules, and safety, coordinating with owners, contractors and engineers from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in site development or heavy civil construction, with a track record of delivering projects over $10M and familiarity with Procore or similar tools. Competitive comp and growth opportunities offered.

• Drive safety, quality and regulatory compliance on site.
• Help build processes and team structure as the company scales into new markets.

Our client is one of the fastest-growing site excavation and civil contractors across Philadelphia, Allentown, Bucks County, and the Lehigh Valley. Revenue has more than doubled in the past two years, the team now numbers over 200, and they expect to keep growing at around 25% a year.

The role

As Project Manager, you’ll deliver large-scale site development projects worth up to $55M from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll also help shape operations across the business as it grows. This is a high-visibility role with a direct line to leadership and a clear path to progress.

What you’ll do

• Lead complex site work and heavy civil projects of up to $55M, covering earthwork, utilities, paving and roadway
• Own project budgets, schedules, cost forecasting, change orders and billing
• Be the main contact for owners, general contractors, engineers and municipalities
• Coordinate superintendents, field crews, equipment and subcontractors to keep work safe, on time and profitable
• Review plans and specs, manage submittals and RFIs, and help with estimating and buyout
• Drive safety, quality and compliance on every site
• Help build processes, systems and team structure as the company expands into new markets
• Mentor, develop and train assistant PMs and project engineers

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of project management experience in site development, excavation or heavy civil construction
• A track record of delivering projects of $10M+ across commercial, residential, warehouse and educational site development.
• Solid knowledge of earthwork, underground utilities, paving and roadway work
• Strong commercial skills in cost control, forecasting, contracts and change management
• Clear, confident communication with clients and field teams alike
• A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Procore, HCSS, B2W or similar is helpful
