Job description

A well-established specialty construction contractor is hiring a Construction Project Manager to deliver complex geotechnical and heavy civil projects. The work spans deep foundations, shoring, earth retention, ground improvement, grouting, drilling, and dewatering, often on sites where the ground conditions and access make every decision matter.

This role is built for a PM who takes full ownership of project delivery and financial performance. You will manage the job from estimate to closeout and be the person superintendents, clients, and engineers count on to keep it safe, profitable, and on schedule.

Why This Role
  • Technically challenging specialty work, not routine general contracting

  • Vehicle or vehicle allowance and ongoing professional development

  • Hold subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to scope, schedule, quality, and cost
  • Anticipate risk and respond to changing site conditions, design issues, and operational constraints

  • Proven ability to run multiple projects at once
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (equivalent industry experience considered)

  • Design-build work involving shoring, foundations, or specialty geotechnical construction
  • Union labor and skilled craft team experience
  • Public and private sector project experience
  • Urban, tight-access, or technically demanding jobsites
Compensation and Benefits
  • $100,000 to $140,000 base salary, based on experience
