Job summary

RWE Design Build in Madison, AL is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will coordinate clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, a strong grasp of scheduling and budgeting, and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, design-build, or general contracting.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities.
