Job summary

RWE Design Build is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in a fast-paced environment. This role rewards strategic thinkers who build relationships, solve problems, and mentor teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and procurement across multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while delivering value and growth for the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, healthcare construction, design-build, or general contracting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex, and high-value construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration.
  • Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

What You'll Do
