Job summary

RWE Design Build in Tampa, FL is seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will coordinate multiple moving parts, drive schedules, budgets, and quality while serving as the primary liaison among clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, design-build, or general contracting.
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

What You'll Do
