Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of healthcare construction projects ensuring quality and safety.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage RFIs, ASIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules (Primavera P6) with superintendents and schedulers.
  • Coordinate with field teams to support seamless execution, including long‑lead procurement and self‑perform operations.
  • Oversee subcontractor management from buyout through completion, including scope development and performance tracking.
  • Mentor project engineers and junior team members through feedback and coaching.
  • Coordinate with estimating and accounting on budgets, forecasts, billing, and cost controls.
  • Represent the company in OAC meetings and internal project reviews.
  • Support preconstruction efforts and business development by sharing expertise.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
  • Lead all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery with exceptional quality and safety.
  • Build trusted relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners to maintain alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage RFIs, ASIs, CCDs, submittals, permits, change orders, and closeout documentation with a proactive and organized approach.
  • Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules (Primavera P6) in collaboration with superintendents and schedulers.
  • Collaborate closely with field teams to support seamless execution of work, including coordination of long‑lead procurement and self‑perform operations.
  • Oversee subcontractor management from buyout through project completion, including scope development, coordination, and performance tracking.
