Flex is seeking a Training Supervisor (Project Management) in Columbia, SC. The role reports to the Training Manager and focuses on developing and delivering learning solutions, while coaching employees to ensure they meet job requirements.

The incumbent will oversee training programs, collaborate with management, and drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness across teams at the site.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, training, mentoring, or supervising.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials.
• Ability to write reports, manuals, and procedures.
• Ability to present information to groups and communicate up to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver learning solutions for employees.
• Provide on-going coaching and feedback for skill development.
• Develop training procedures and curriculums.
• Supervise training sessions and trainers.
