Qualifications

• Ability to write routine reports, business correspondence and procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, associates, customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support the PM in generating reporting and analyses for the client (materials, quality, testing).
• Monitor actions from opportunities or project needs to meet internal metrics or customer expectations.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional team to prepare data for presentations and quarterly business reviews.
• Assist in resolving operational problems when resources are insufficient to meet commitments.
• Coordinate and escalate resolution of systemic supply chain issues and on‑time delivery concerns.
