Job summary

Flex is seeking a Production Supervisor in Orangeburg, SC to direct manufacturing operations and drive volume, quality, and cost goals. You will lead a team across production lines, coach operators, and collaborate with engineers to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage schedules, participate in budget planning, and ensure safety and compliance, while maintaining a productive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in production/manufacturing.
• 6 years of operations experience.
• Advanced people/process management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing operations for a shift or group of lines.
• Lead a team of engineers/officers to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Review plant performance and advise on efficiency and quality improvements.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and coach operators.
• Evaluate improvement ideas and develop project proposals with engineers.
• Ensure safety training and adherence to standards.
