Job summary

Flex is seeking a Training Supervisor to join our Columbia, SC team. The role focuses on developing and delivering learning solutions and providing ongoing coaching to ensure employees have the skills to meet role requirements.

Reporting to the Training Manager, you will lead trainers, design curricula, choose instructional methods, evaluate outcomes, and partner with managers to implement training aligned with Flex's goals.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, training, mentoring or supervisory roles.
• Ability to read and interpret general business documents.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop training and development procedures.
• Encourage teamwork among trainers.
• Ensure training programs align with organizational requirements.
• Participate in needs analyses to identify training needs.
• Collaborate with management to understand policy and technology changes.
• Design teaching outlines and select instructional methods.
• Develop training aids and testing procedures.
• Oversee sessions covering orientation, on‑the‑job training, software use, leadership development.
• Evaluate participants and report progress.
• Revise curricula to improve effectiveness.
