Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Tech SME to support the 715th Test Squadron at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex. The role is onsite at Arnold AFB, TN, with duties spanning test management, program/project management, workforce training, and process improvement within RDT&E. The position requires U.S.

citizenship and an active Secret clearance. Salary ranges between $84,000 and $195,000 and offers relocation assistance plus travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and assistance in test management, program/project management and related processes for RDT&E test requirements.
• Assist in all five phases of flight test including development of project plans and monitoring.
• Support data-driven briefings to stakeholders and capacity planning for resources and workload.
