Job summary

Torch Technologies in Edwards AFB, CA is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support the 412 TW mission. You will apply PMI framework practices to manage cost, schedule, and performance of RDT&E test projects and help implement project management tools.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in an applicable discipline, and an Active Secret clearance; on-site work at Edwards AFB, CA, with standard M-F 8-5 hours and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an applicable discipline.
• Active Secret clearance required; must maintain clearance at required level.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and assistance applying PMI processes to manage cost, schedule, and performance of RDT&E test projects.
• Assist in all five phases of flight test including development of project plans and monitoring.
• Support capacity planning, risk assessments, and data-driven briefings for stakeholders.
