PDS Defense, Inc. in Everett, WA is seeking an Experienced/Senior Project Manager to coordinate certification activities for development and sustaining airplane programs.

You will report to the FCMH Senior Certification Leader and drive weekly alignment of priorities and daily SOW management for a team of E-UMs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience (Master's with 8+ years preferred) and offers an opportunity to contribute to critical flight-control systems.

Pay Rate: $73 - $78/hr

Job Description

The Flight Controls and Mechanical Hydraulic Systems (FCMH) organization is seeking an Experienced/Senior Project Manager to coordinate certification activities in support of development and sustaining airplane programs. The selected candidate will report to the FCMH Senior Certification Leader, and will be responsible for driving weekly alignment of priorities and daily SOW management for a team of Engineering Unit Members (E-UMs).

• coordinate with E-UMs to align priorities and identify constraints
• define and track performance to weekly commitments
• maintain open lines of communication to resolve issues and course correct as necessary
• identify opportunities to improve efficiency and throughput

Education / Experience

Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
