As a Project Management Specialist at Honeywell, you will support Field Service Professionals (FSP) and Field Service Supervisors (FSS) with proposal generation for medium-high complex opportunities. Your role involves supporting the Project Management Team to oversee project activities, ensuring successful delivery, and providing essential support to project management professionals. Strong organizational skills and results-driven approach are crucial to help deliver projects on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations.

You will report directly to the Field Service Manager and work from our Mason, OH location on a hybrid schedule. Note: New hires must report onsite M-F for the first 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver excellent customer experiences with Honeywell offerings.
  2. Assist project teams in troubleshooting and resolving unforeseen issues.
  3. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team members.
  4. Provide professional communication regarding project bids to customers and contractors.
  5. Create projects and sales orders in ERP system (SAP) from sales estimates and proposals.
  6. Order, track, and expedite factory and purchased materials.
  7. Prepare subcontractor information packages.
  8. Collaborate seamlessly with assigned Project Managers and Sales staff.
  9. Assemble final job documentation packages for customers.
  10. Manage invoicing in the ERP system.
  11. Process lien waivers, resolve tax discrepancies, credits, and sales order adjustments.
