Job summary

Kinetic Potential (KP) seeks a Talent Scout to join its nationwide team. This virtual, flexible, full-time/part-time role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates for a WIOA-funded program helping participants enter in-demand fields.

The Talent Scout will leverage social media, job boards, and data mining to identify eligible applicants and collaborate with WIOA Account Managers and STAR Navigator teams to drive placement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Recruiting and sourcing to fill the occupational training program.
• Proficiency with social media and digital marketing to identify candidates.
• Ability to screen and interview applicants effectively.
• Experience with online recruitment tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source eligible applicants via social media, job boards, or creative digital marketing.
• Use ATMS to track and manage leads and scouting activities.
• Conduct preliminary online screening assessments for eligibility.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates via phone, video, email, or in person.
• Document all activities to support program monitoring.
