Job summary

LCS is offering a 12-week Project Management Internship in Des Moines, IA. The full-time program runs May through August at 40 hours per week, with real projects that impact the business and a final presentation to senior leadership.

You will gain exposure to our operations, collaborate with leaders across departments, and participate in mentorship, training, and networking. Eligible students majoring in finance, real estate, or economics to apply; a competitive hourly rate applies.

Job description

The Project Management Internship is a full-time, 12-week program (40 hours per week) running from May through August. Interns will gain hands-on professional experience by contributing to meaningful projects that have a direct impact on the business. The program will conclude with a presentation to the senior leadership team, highlighting both the project outcomes and the overall internship experience. Throughout the summer, interns will also gain broad exposure to the organization and its operations.
