Your Role:

• Provide technical support to Project Managers.
• Develop and maintain detailed project scheduling under the direction of the Project Manager.
• Track project budgets and project scope under the direction of the Project Manager.
• Assist Project Manager with managing internal project teams and deliverables.
• Coordinate front end specifications.
• Research project related topics
• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
• Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
• Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
• Additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of experience working in the design/construction field.
• Experience in scheduling software such as MS Project.
• Experience in K-12 educational facilities strongly preferred.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills, be organized, innovative, and enjoy collaborating with a team.
• Requires successful evaluation of a motor vehicle record (MVR) check and maintaining a safe driving record as defined by Tetra Tech’s Vehicle Safety program.

Anticipated Hiring Range:
$80,000 - $85,000. Please note that this range reflects the pay scale that Tetra Tech INE reasonably expects to pay for the role. The pay scale will also depend on various factors, such as job duties and requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
