Astreya in Oakland, CA is hiring a Project Management Analyst for its Enterprise Integration team. This hybrid role requires 1-2 days onsite and focuses on tracking project deliverables, ticketing workflows, and dashboard reporting.

You will use Jira, SharePoint, and Power BI to govern documents, monitor progress, and provide BI insights to PG&E stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience are expected, with strong communication and collaboration skills essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/IT-related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of related business, systems, or project support experience.
• Proficiency with Jira and SharePoint; strong MS Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables).
• Knowledge of budgeting concepts and basic SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise integration projects by tracking deliverables and workflows.
• Utilize Jira to monitor backlogs, sprints, milestones, and task assignments.
• Manage project docs, portals, and governance in SharePoint with proper version control.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for KPIs and milestones for stakeholders.
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and variance reporting for projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support incident/workflow logging in ServiceNow/BMC Remedy.
