Job summary

Astreya Inc. is seeking a Senior Project & Program Manager to oversee complex, high-impact projects from initiation to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop charters, schedules, budgets, and risk analyses, and communicate with stakeholders.

This role requires 5–8 years in project management, experience with MS Project/Jira, and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall/hybrid approaches. Travel up to 25% may be required; salary range $92,880–$154,800 USD base.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise-scale projects with budgets and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PMP/CSM preferred.
