This is a 100% hunting position. Your focus will be on identifying and winning mid-sized project cargo customers — not the household-name multinationals, but the kind of shippers where relationships, market knowledge, and initiative win the day.

You'll receive an assigned customer portfolio and be expected to build a clear, structured plan for targeting new accounts. Southern Germany or North Rhine-Westphalia are the primary target regions.
You’ll join a Hamburg-based projects team of 14 — a well-rounded group from post-Ausbildung talent through to a Senior Project Manager with decades of experience. There's an established book of project customers already in place across four core verticals: infrastructure (the largest), marine logistics, oil & gas, and machinery/industrial equipment.
A salesperson solid project freight experience and a clear understanding of the German market. You don't need to walk in with a book of business — but you need a network, a methodology, and the drive to build.
