Job summary

Dayton Superior presents an opportunity in White Cap’s environment where you will manage the lifecycle of projects in partnership with Sales Representatives. You’ll work with customers to process quotes, orders, shipments, billing, and close-outs, while coordinating with operations, transportation, engineering, credit, and finance to keep projects moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow prescribed processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inquiries from internal and external customers, including sales, operations, and management.
• Record quotes, rental agreements, and sales orders; set up customer ship-to information.
• Coordinate shipments, billing, credits, and collections; run designated system reports for on-time billing.
• Ensure all rental and sales transactions are shipped completely; follow up on backorders with sales.
• Process documentation for national and internal export/import shipments; generate POs to obtain rental equipment.
• Process returns and invoicing; address damages and shortages with sales or customers.
• Work closely with operations to ensure inventory accuracy.
