Job summary

White Cap is seeking a detail‑oriented project coordinator to manage the lifecycle of all projects in collaboration with the Sales team. You will process quotes, orders, shipments, billing, stock checks, credits, audits, and close-outs, coordinating with operations, transportation, engineering, credit, and finance to keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inquiries from external and internal customers, including sales, operations, engineering, accounts receivable, and management.
• Record quotes, rental agreements, and sales orders; set up customer ship-to information.
• Coordinate shipments, billing, credits, and collections; run reports for billing accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure all rental and/or sales transactions are shipped correctly; follow up on backorders with sales.
• Coordinate and process documentation for national and internal export/import shipments; generate purchase orders from vendors.
• Process returns and invoicing; address damages and shortages with sales/customers.
• Work with operations to ensure inventory accuracy.
