Job summary

Dayton Superior Corporation's White Cap division is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Associate in Orlando, FL to manage the lifecycle of projects alongside Sales Representatives, processing quotes, orders, shipments, billing, and related activities.

You will work with operations, transportation, engineering, and finance to keep projects moving, handle high volumes of inquiries, and ensure accurate invoicing and inventory; HS diploma and 1–2 years experience preferred; schedule 7:30

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a related role.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inquiries from sales, operations, and customers.
• Process quotes, orders, shipments, and billing.
• Record quotes and sales orders and set up ship-to information.
• Coordinate shipments and invoicing, and resolve backorders with sales.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with operations.
• Assist with exports/import documentation when needed.
