Job summary

Dayton Superior is seeking a proactive Project Scheduler to coordinate schedules, issues, and risks across Key Account Engineering projects. You will monitor daily tasks, create reports, and keep management informed.

As a liaison among team members and other functions, you will drive on-time task completion, organize meetings, and manage project logistics in a structured, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS/BA in a related discipline with 2–5 years of experience (MS/MA optional).
• Certification is required in some areas of the field.
• Experience with flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor the daily progress of projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
• Liaise with functional leaders to define project requirements, scope and objectives.
• Organize and provide detailed updates to managers and stakeholders.
• Plan meetings and organize project logistics.
