Project Leader, Home Delivery

Job summary

RH is seeking a Home Delivery Project Leader to drive operational excellence across our delivery centers. You will develop training, audit processes, and collaborate with OT, Merchant, Inventory Control, Galleries, and Distribution to implement improvements.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and the ability to travel up to 50% across the country. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with proficiency in Mac OS, Google Applications, and Microsoft

• Strong oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong relationship builder, who pro-actively identifies opportunities or problems and ensures delivery of Quality solutions.
• Proven organizational, problem solving and project management abilities with an emphasis on process improvement.
• Able to work independently and prioritize multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment. – Ability to build and foster teams, gain commitment from others and effectively manage the decision making process.
• Knowledge of retail inventory strategies and operational, supply chain functionality.
• Excellent data & analytical skills with a strong detail focus.
• The ability to travel 50% of the time to our Home Delivery Centers across the Country.
• Passion for improving the business operations and driving for results.
• Proficient with Mac Operating System, Google Applications and Microsoft Office.

• Develop communication, education and provide training in operational excellence for home delivery and drive teams. Including the ability to audit and assess processes quickly.
• Partner and collaborate with cross-functional partners such as OT, Merchant, Inventory Control, Galleries, Delight Centers, Distribution Center, Home Delivery Operations, Supply Chain Logistics, Transportation and Loss Prevention Teams to lead to solutions and assess opportunities for improvement.
• Generate and create guidelines to streamline and communicate our processes to all partners.
• Create and maintain best practices and policies for our home delivery centers through written documentation.
• Support with new hire on-boarding and training of home delivery operations.
