Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Project Leader to manage end-to-end lifecycle for RH Contract furnishings across luxury hospitality, commercial, and residential projects. You will partner with Sales, Design, Sourcing, and Logistics to drive sales, fulfillment, and client satisfaction.

The role demands strong communication, technical aptitude, and cross-functional leadership. Evening/weekend flexibility may be required to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years project management experience in Contract (B2B) or related industry.
• Excellent client-facing and customer service skills with the ability to relate to all levels.
• Demonstrated initiative, process innovation, problem-solving, and decision-making with high attention to precision.
• Proficient with CRM/Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and Google Sheets.
• Strong organization and time management skills; ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Develop and lead comprehensive end-to-end project plans shared internally and with clients
• Lead creation of quotes and invoices and coordinate order fulfillment planning with Sales, Design, Sourcing, and Logistics
• Build and maintain client relationships to retain and grow business
• Collaborate with Sales to meet forecasted demand and shipped sales goals
• Ensure data accuracy in systems and project communications and drive partner solutions
