Job summary

Restoration Hardware is seeking a Project Coordinator to support RH Interior Design clients and designers in delivering luxury design experiences. This role focuses on coordinating project phases, site visits, documentation, and client liaison from concept through delivery and installation.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects, and adept at communicating with cross-functional teams to uphold RH standards and brand presentation.

• Experience coordinating concurrent interior design projects in a design firm, showroom, or luxury retail setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication to serve clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage client expectations across design phases.

Project Coordinators own key phases of the Interior Design Project lifecycle and contribute to the success of RH Interior Design by supporting our Lead Designers. This role is ideal for innovators with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for establishing and fostering relationships.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Experience within a design firm, high-end furniture showroom or luxury retail preferred
• Proven success coordinating concurrent projects
• Strategic with a relationship-driven mentality
• Highly organized, collaborative and results-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Solid technical background with experience using Salesforce or other customer relationship management systems

OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
• Ability to maneuver effectively around Gallery floor, stock room and office
• Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
• Licensed to drive preferred
• Ability to travel locally or out of state
