Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Senior Project Leader to partner with the Sales team and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for strategic RH Contract customers across Hospitality, Commercial, and Residential segments.

You will lead large, complex furnishing projects, coordinating quoting, order placement, product selection, fulfillment planning, and post-delivery closeout while collaborating with Design, Sourcing, Logistics, and AR teams to ensure timely execution and outstanding customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project leadership or operations experience in Hospitality, Commercial, or Residential segments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and exceptional customer service orientation.
• Self-starter who drives solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CRM/Salesforce, MS Office, and forecasting tools.
• Ability to work nights and weekends to respond to urgent escalations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development Leaders to provide operational support for strategic customer accounts and project portfolios.
• Prepare accurate quotations, manage order placement, and develop end-to-end project plans shared internally and with customers.
• Coordinate fulfillment planning with Logistics and product selection with Design and Sourcing teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Lead project status reviews, identify and resolve complex issues, and escalate to Director, Operations as needed.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and log key communications in the CRM system.
