Responsibilities

• Works at local and remote jobsites as assigned
• Manages cost, schedule, and quality project controls
• Manages client budgets and consults on cost issues
• Coordinates with contractors, utilities, and agencies
• Prepares progress reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation
• Supports contract administration including pay apps and change orders
• Ensures quality control and safety practices on site
• Develops project invoicing and cost reporting
