Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado.
• 15+ years in engineering and construction with program, project, and construction management.
• Experience with municipal/public infrastructure and utility sectors.
• Proven business development and client relationship experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programs and service lines including civil engineering and construction management.
• Supervise engineers, construction managers, technicians, inspectors and staff.
• Plan, direct, and monitor budgets and project finances.
• Represent the program at conferences, presentations, and grant initiatives.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality project delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet objectives and milestones.
• Maintain strong client communications and performance reporting.
