Job summary

Federal Equipment Co. in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Project Lead to plan, organize, execute, monitor, and control project activities within a program, ensuring contractual requirements and customer service excellence.

The role requires a degree (bachelor’s or associate) in business/management or a technical field, 0–3 years of PM experience, proficiency with MS Office and MS Project, travel 10–20%, and ability to coordinate with multiple functional teams while maintaining cost and schedule

Qualifications

  • Requires associate or bachelor’s degree in business/management/technical field or equivalent PM experience.
  • 0–3 years of project management experience.
  • Must demonstrate strong customer relations and PM skills (scheduling, organizing, communication, problem solving, cost & risk management, negotiation).

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, execute, monitor, coordinate and control project activities within a program.
  • Coordinate across functions to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • Support contract compliance, project progress, cost management and subcontractor management.
  • Create and maintain project schedules and prepare monthly status reports.
  • Travel to interact with customers (10–20%).
