Job summary

Federal Equipment Co. in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Project Lead to plan, organize, execute, monitor, and control project activities within a program, ensuring contractual requirements and customer service excellence.

The role requires a degree (bachelor’s or associate) in business/management or a technical field, 0–3 years of PM experience, proficiency with MS Office and MS Project, travel 10–20%, and ability to coordinate with multiple functional teams while maintaining cost and schedule

Qualifications

Requires associate or bachelor’s degree in business/management/technical field or equivalent PM experience.
0–3 years of project management experience.
Must demonstrate strong customer relations and PM skills (scheduling, organizing, communication, problem solving, cost & risk management, negotiation).

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, execute, monitor, coordinate and control project activities within a program.
Coordinate across functions to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.
Support contract compliance, project progress, cost management and subcontractor management.
Create and maintain project schedules and prepare monthly status reports.
Travel to interact with customers (10–20%).
