Skanska is seeking a dynamic Superintendent 2 (Project Lead) to oversee field operations on designated projects in Virginia. The role emphasizes safety, schedule adherence, profitability, and ethical performance in line with contract documents and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of being a Safety and QAQC Cultural Champion.
• 8+ years of proven construction experience.
• 5+ years coordinating subcontractor activities.
• 3+ years creating a master schedule with a scheduler and managing it.
• 3+ years planning a project and creating logistic plans.
• 2+ years reading and understanding plans, specs and subcontractor contracts.
• 2+ years mentoring and managing other Superintendents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations in assigned areas, ensuring safety, timeliness, profitability, and ethics per contract docs, design, budget, and schedule.
• Directly supervise field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents.
