Job summary

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Superintendent 2 (Project Lead) to guide field operations on assigned projects. You will ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget, while upholding ethical standards and contract requirements.

In this role you will supervise field crews and Assistant Superintendents, coordinate with subcontractors, and contribute to master scheduling and logistics planning to drive project success for a better society.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Safety and QAQC Cultural Champion
• 8+ years of construction experience
• 5+ years coordinating subcontractor activities
• 3+ years creating master schedules with a scheduler
• 3+ years planning projects and logistics
• 2+ years reading plans, specifications and subcontractor contracts
• 2+ years mentoring other Superintendents

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations in assigned areas, ensuring safety, timeliness, profitability, and ethics per contract, design, budget, and schedule.
• Directly supervise field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents.
