Job summary

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, technical field, or equivalent PM experience.
0–3 years project management experience with strong customer relations skills.
Demonstrated scheduling, cost & risk management, negotiation and conflict resolution.
Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and travel 10–20%.
Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Projects; Oracle/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, execute, monitor, coordinate and control project activities within a program.
Ensure contract requirements, schedule, and commercial targets are met.
Support program manager with contract compliance, progress reporting and cost control.
Create and maintain project schedules; participate in monthly status reports.
Negotiate with disciplines to achieve schedule, cost, and scope goals.
