Job summary

Velox Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle for our innovative tech products. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client communication, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The role demands leadership, strong communication, and solid Agile/Scrum expertise to drive projects from planning through post-deployment support. Chicago-area office presence is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2-4 years of software development experience, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of the SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience managing full-stack web/app projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
Coordinate between development, QA, design, and support teams.
Define project scope, timelines, and milestones.
Track project progress using Jira/Trello.
Manage risk and handle change requests effectively.
Ensure project goals align with client and business requirements.
Conduct regular team meetings and client updates.
Maintain documentation and post-deployment support.
