Job summary
VIKA South, LLC in Tysons, Virginia is seeking an experienced Project Landscape Designer to lead landscape architecture production on land development projects within a multi-disciplinary team. You will translate concepts into entitlement and construction documents, collaborating closely with civil engineers, planners and landscape architects to ensure technical precision and timely delivery.

Qualifications
- BA/BS in Landscape Architecture required.
- 2–5 years of landscape architecture experience.
- Licensed or pursuing licensure in Landscape Architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred).
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication and time management skills.
- Ability to research and apply local zoning codes and environment laws.
Responsibilities
- Design leadership on landscape architecture projects and coordinate with senior staff.
- Maintain proficiency in AutoCAD/LDD, SketchUp, Photoshop for construction documents.
- Attend client meetings and coordinate with agencies and consultants.
- Apply knowledge of local, county and state approval processes when preparing landscape plans.
