We are looking for a dedicated Project Surveyor to grow with our collaborative team and work on a wide variety of infrastructure projects. Based in Bellevue, Boise or Portland, we will ask you to work with Project Managers and Field Surveyors throughout the region and globe to complete survey related tasks on major infrastructure programs.

We'll Also Ask you to:

1. Work in a hybrid manner (approximately 75% office and 25% field) directing field crews and working with technicians performing control, boundary, and topographic surveys.
2. Be responsible for the collection and post-process field data to create client specific deliverables in accordance with scope and applicable standards/specifications.
3. Specific tasks could include:
1. Field crew setup
2. Geodetic control network planning and design
3. Control survey processing and adjustment
4. Feature processing of topographic field data in CAD
5. Generating, editing and clean-up of Digital Terrain Models (DTM)
6. Title commitment review
7. Public records research
8. COGO calculations
9. Determination of Land and Right of Way boundaries
10. Drafting of Land Survey Plats, ALTA Surveys, and Topographic Maps
11. Writing property descriptions
12. Obtaining Right of Entry
13. Quality Control
14. Collaborate with a multi-discipline team
15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols

Here's what you'll need:

1. Associates or bachelor’s degree, preferably in an applicable field.
2. 5+ years’ experience in Land Surveying
3. Experience with either AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation Inroads/ORD or Trimble TBC
4. Good social and communication skills
5. Ability to work in the field 25% of the time.
6. Occasional regional travel, infrequent (2 to 3 times per year) with short periods (typically a day or two, no more than a week) based on projects needs.
7. Valid driver’s license
8. Ability to pass drug screen and background checks

Ideally, you'll also have:

1. CST, LSI or PLS certification

Posted Salary Range: Minimum $84,300.00 - Upper $147,500.00

The base salary range for this position is $84,300.00 to $147,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
